Many companies in the UK have developed and implemented Social Responsibility programmes, benefiting the local communities in which they operate. These programmes can, if so desired, be linked to sales and marketing activity and also staff development programmes, resulting in mutually beneficial partnerships.
These partnerships have been shown to not only benefit the charity by generating a much needed injection of funding, but they also benefit the companies. They can increase sales, build customer loyalty by increasing attachment to the company and its products and increase staff loyalty and commitment to the company.
Hospice at Home would like to form ongoing partnerships with local companies and have an active involvement during their fundraising. We would like to facilitate true partnership working by getting businesses involved in our marketing and PR….we can give space and links on our website and maybe even accompany them on their fundraising events. We can include them in our regular newsletter or even mail out to our supporters with an update on their progress. A corporate newsletter is in the pipeline for the future, which opens up more opportunity for the promotion of our fundraising partners.
The level of commitment from us is up to each company; we just want to help you get the most out of helping us. The key to any successful relationship is flexibility, we can be fully guided by you. Achieving this successfully enables both parties to obtain their goals, and also to have an exciting and rewarding time.
